Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
The Product Department will begin to prepare order in 24 hours after receiving your order. Thus, make sure to cancel your order within 24 hours. If the merchandise has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. We do not accept any unreasonable cancellation. If you are determined to cancel the order when we are processing the costume, we cannot refund the full payment of the order to you.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:
1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.
3 undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc cannot be returned.
5: Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair accessories, with attached hair cannot be returned.
6 Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Notice: Returning shipping fee will resend shipping fee will need to bare by buyers.

What if the size is unsuitable?
We accept returning for exchange or refund within 10 days after you receive our products, if the size is not fit. But you should afford the returning shipping fee by yourself. So please take care of choose size and refer to our size chart. The payment of the products can be fully refunded when we received the new completed item with tag.

What if part of my order is missing or defecting?
First of all, If all items are confirmed to be shipped but you still have a missing item, please contact us with this information.
We can check the orders only if it is reported within 7 days of receipt.
Your order will be handled under following procedure:
1) You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.
2) We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.
3) When confirmed as missing item, we will process refunding or resending for the missing item.
However, if omitted item checks as sold out, then it will be refunded immediately as well.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
